Florida Real Estate Tutor is led by Isabel Diaz, a licensed real estate broker and instructor with 29+ years in the industry and 20+ years of teaching experience at the Miami Association of Realtors, Gold Coast Schools, and other respected real estate institutions. Isabel specializes in helping students prepare for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam and has built a strong reputation for student success throughout Miami and across Florida. Individual results vary, and no passing score can be guaranteed.
We offer three ways to prepare for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam: private 1-on-1 tutoring for $395, live Group CRAM sessions for $197, and downloadable self-study packages in English or Spanish for $98 each. Private tutoring and Group CRAM sessions may be attended in person in Palmetto Bay or through Zoom Livestream.

Isabel specializes in preparation for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam. The tutoring sessions, Group CRAM reviews and self-study packages focus specifically on the principles, practices, Florida law, math and test-taking strategies covered on that exam.
Both options are available. Private 1-on-1 tutoring and live Group CRAM sessions may be attended in person at our Palmetto Bay location or remotely through Zoom Livestream. Select your preferred attendance method when completing your registration.
The $395 private tutoring package includes four total hours of personalized instruction completed over two scheduled days. Isabel reviews more than 200 Florida State Exam practice questions while providing explanations, test-taking strategies and guidance based on the student’s individual needs. Attend in person in Palmetto Bay or through Zoom Livestream.
The $197 Group CRAM is a focused five-hour live review covering more than 200 Florida State Exam practice questions, important concepts and test-taking strategies. Students learn together in one complete session and may attend in person in Palmetto Bay or through Zoom Livestream.
Yes. Downloadable self-study packages are available for $98 each. The English package includes 210 Florida Real Estate Exam practice questions with instructor notes, while the Spanish package includes 205 preguntas de práctica con notas para estudiar independently at your own pace. These packages do not include private tutoring, live instruction or instructor support.

Complete your registration and payment online to reserve your session. Each private tutoring registration covers both days listed for the selected four-hour package.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule private tutoring or a Group CRAM session. Missed sessions without proper notice are charged at the full rate. Any approved makeup session must be arranged within seven days. All purchases are subject to our No Refund Policy; please review the Refund Policy page for complete terms and exceptions.

Yes. Isabel helps students anywhere in the United States who are preparing to take the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam. Private tutoring and Group CRAM sessions are available through Zoom Livestream, and downloadable self-study packages can be accessed independently in English or Spanish.
Bring a notepad, calculator, and your exam score report if you have attempted the State Exam before. Zoom participants should also have a reliable internet connection and join from a quiet location where they can participate without interruptions. Isabel will provide the materials needed for the scheduled review.
Book as early as possible because private tutoring and Group CRAM dates have limited availability. Choose a date that gives you enough time to review the material, practice independently and apply the strategies before taking your State Exam.
